At Meow Meals, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. For more details on shipping restrictions, please contact our customer service.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Dietary Supplements
  • Digestive Health & Probiotics
  • Eye Care products

Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or send out the exchanged item.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by Meow Meals.
